Q Account Pin Code
How can I change my expired pin code?
To change your expired pin code:
– Login to your Virtual Office
– Click on “Tools” / “My Q Account”
– Choose “Manage pin code”
– Insert your Security question and Word
– Enter your old pin code, new pin code, re-enter new pin code
– Then choose the renewal period and click on “Update”
How to retrieve my pin code?
You may send us a request via Virtual Office, please follow the below steps:
– Go to Contact Us click on Smart Hub
– Click on “Contact us”, fill up your information
– State your concern
– Attach your valid ID less than 5MB
– Please enter the Captcha code
– Lastly, click on “Submit”
My pin code is expired. How to change it?
-Please login to Virtual Office
-Click “My Q Account”
-Go to “Manage Pin code”.
-Click on ‘’ Proceed to Q- Account ‘
-Click on ‘’Change my Pin Code ‘’ from the menu.
– Enter your Q-Account PIN Code (old), enter your New Pin Code, repeat your New Pin Code
– For your security, the system may reject the following passwords;
– qwerty
– asdfgh
– 123456
– 654321
– 111111
– Quest12
– 123123
– 000000
– 1234567
– abc123
– password
– 222222
– 333333
– 444444
– 555555
– 666666
– 777777
– 888888
– 999999
– 000000
