How to make a reservation?
The reservation must be made at least 45 days before the date of requested accommodation.*

Please send your request via email
Please send your reservation request to [email protected] with the title of ‘ Reservation Request’ with following informations :
1. TK number
2. Number of people ( adults and children + children’ age )
3. Names and surnames of all guests written on the ID
4. Check-in and check-out dates
5. Name of the hotel

Hotel / Resort Check-in instructions
The Check-in Time
The check-in time is generally after 2:00 pm and check-out time before 12 noon.
Reservation Confirmation
Have your reservation confirmation,
a valid government ID and a form of payment (preferably a credit card) at hand when you check-in at the hotel/resort.
Refundable Deposit
Refundable Deposit: Some of the facilities may require a deposit upon check-in
On the Day of Check-out
Your room will be checked by the housekeeping before you leave. The deposit will be returned to you if no damage
is incurred.
Changes to Reservation
Reservation cannot be canceled or changed 7 days or less before the check-in date. If there are more days available, the cancellation of the confirmed reservation is subject to fee. The request should be sent to [email protected] via email.
Additional Details
In case of an unforeseen circumstances, such as flight delay, you should make every effort to contact the hotel/resort informing them you may be late for arrival to avoid the reservation being cancelled or marked as “No Show”.
If you do not arrive on the date of check-in or does not complete your stay during the specific period, you will not be able to reuse the unused accommodation, request for a refund or extend
your stay.
The hotel/resort reserves the right to transfer the booking to a different room of the same size and number of persons. The maximum number of persons in each room include children regardless of their age.
The accommodation does not include any meals or drinks.
